So more about my birthday presents! (Cause I know you all are super interested…) I got a care package from my siblings today. The theme was “20″, because I am now 20 years old. From what they told me, the idea started out with them finding 20 sets of things I would like and soon evolved into them searching high and low for 20 sets of 20 things. That’s right folks, I literally got 400 things in this package (though some were theoretical). Check it out:

So I told my friend Amanda that she was my quote of the day yesterday and she felt the need to explain her tale a bit. I present it to you now:
Amanda: “The real story behind that quote is I said, ‘That guy looks like a German Jake Gyllenhaal!’ and all the German guy heard was, ‘That guy looks like a German.’ So he said ‘Yes I am. Are you always this rude?’ and I was thinking, ‘I just complimented you, **** face!’ But I guess ‘Jake Gyllenhaal’ is just one of those untranslatable words. Moral of the story, never compliment a German person.”
…Ahh, and there’s the subtle racism tagged on at the end. Gotta love it.
